No Outside Filters
 
Materials in Zip
 
 
     Open tube and silverbeads in psp
 
Select 2 colors from your tube
 
 A Light color and a Dark color
           The Light color as your foreground
  The Dark as your background
 
                            Make a 400 x 400 pixel transparent Background
 
 
 
 Fllodfill with with the Dark color Then go to
Effects - Texture effects choose
Texture - sand 175
Smoothness - 0
Depth - 1
Ambience - 0
Shininess - 0
Angle 315
Intensity - 50
Elevation - 30
 
 
 Make your tube active (resize if necessary)
 
 Go to Edit - Copy 
 
          Edit - Paste as new image
 
Go to Effects - Drop Shadow
 Vertical and horizontal - 1
Opacity - 100
Blur - 2
 
 
 
 Merge - All Flatten
 
 Set your foreground on Pattern and find the silverbead jpg
 
Go To Image - Add Borders
Size in Pixels - 2
Symmetric - checked
Color - white
 
 
 
 Select the white border with your magic wand and Floodfill with the silverbead jpg
 
Selections - Select None
Selections - Select All
Selections - Modify Contract - 4
 
Then go to -  Effects - Cutout
 
 
Vertical and Horizontal - 1
Opacity - 84
Blur - 15
Shadow Color - Black
 
 
 Repeat Cutout with minus 1
 
 
Selections - Select None
 
 Go to - Image - Add Border
Size in Pixel - 10
Symmectic - checked
Color- Light color you chose
 
 
 
 Select with magic wand
 
 Go to Effects -Texture Effects- Mosaic Glass
Grid Settings:
Number of Columns- 100
Number of Rows - 100
Symmectic - checked
 
Mosaic Settings:
Glass curvature - 50
Edge curvature - 0
Grout Width - 2
Grout Diffusion - 50
 
 
 
 
Go to Adjust-Blur-Gaussian Blur
