Open graphic in PSP
Duplicate and close original
Select a light and dark color from your image
To Begin
Go to Image - Add Borders
Add 2 pixels in your dark color
Add 1 pixel in your light color
Add 2 pixels in your dark color
Go to Selections -Select All
Selections - Modify Contract 5
Go To Effects 3D Effects - Cutout
Repeat minus 4
Selections - Invert
Efeects 3D Effects - Inner bevel
Selections - Select None
Go to Image - Add Borders
Add 20 Pixels in your light color
Select with Magic Wand
Effects - Image effects-Offset
Effects Plugins - DC Special - PerssianRug
Selections -Select None
Go to Image - Add Borders
Add 2 pixels in your dark color
Add 1 pixel in your light color
Add 2 pixels in your dark color
Selections - Select All
Selections - Modify Contract 5
Effects 3D Effects Cutout
Repeat with minus 4
Selections - Selections - Invert
Effects - 3D Effects -Inner Bevel
Selections - Select None
Go to Image Add Borders 30 light color
Select with Magic wand
Effects - Plugins - DC Special

Bevel

Duplicate Layer 2 times
Highlight Middle layer
Image -resize 85%
Highlight Top Layer
Image resize 65%
Merge All Flatten
Watermark
Rezize if necessary and save
