A Feather Tube In Zip Link To More
Feather Tubes
Link To More Feather Tubes
Note:You can play around with
different accents to create almost any kind of Swirl Accent
You can experiment with this
tutorial to get an effect you like
Open a 500 x 500 Transparent Image
Open Your Tube in PSP
Highlight Feather tube
Edit - Copy
Edit _ Paste as New Image
On your Background
Move the feather up a bit
Duplicate the Feather
Image - Flip
Move the duplicate copy so
The points touch one another
Like Image Below
Merge Visible
Effects -Distortion Effects - Twirl
Degrees 720
Duplicate Layer
Select Raster Deform Tool
Move your Duplicate layer to whatever
position and place
To your liking
Merge Visible
Resize If Necesaary
Save as a psp tube or
export as a gif
