A Mystrery Background
 
 
What is needed:
PSP
 
Plugins:DSB Flux
Simple-Blintz
FM Tile
Accent or Ding
Tube of Choice
 
 
 
To Begin:
 
Open your Accent or Ding
 
Open your tube in PSP
Pick a color from your tube
 
Open a 100 x 100 pixel Transparent New Image
Floodfill with your color you chose
 
Activate your Accent or Ding
Edit- Copy
Edit Paste As New Layer
Layers- Merge-Merge All(Flatten)
 
Effects-Plugins-DSB Flux-Blast -Left
 
Then
DSB Flux-Blast-Right
 
Layers- Duplicate
 
 
Image-Rotate-Free Rotate
Layers-Merge-Merge All(Flatten)
 
 
Effects -Plugins-Simple - Blintz
 
 
Effects Plugins-FM Tile-Blend Emboss-Default Setting
 
 
Image-New Raster Layer
Floodfill with your same color
Lower Opacity to 50%
Layers-Merge-Merge All(Flatten)
 
Open a new transparent Image
1024 x 350 or 1280 x 350
(majority of the time i use 1280 for the width)
 
Go to the Materials Palette and set your Foreground to Pattern
Find the tile you just made and Floofill your New Image
 
Effects-Image Effects-Seamless Tiling-Mirror Ghost
 
Make your tube active
Edit - Copy
Edit-Paste As New Layer
Select Move Tool and Position your tube to the left
Place it where you are comfortable with
 
Effects - 3D Effects-Drop Shadow
 
Repeat Drop Shadow
 
Layers-Merge-Merge All (Flatten)
 
Add your watermark 
Export or Save as a jpg whichever you prefer
