Fantasy Warp Top Border Stationary
 
With 2 Options
 
      
 
 
 
 
What Is Need:
PSP
Plugin: Ulead- Fantasy Warp
Optional:Tube of Choice
 
 
Open a 200 x 200 pixel transparent Image
Floodfill with a color of choice
(Or from your tube a color if using one)
 
Effects-Texture Effects - Blind
Use Settings below
 
Repeat Texture Effects - Blind with the Settings Below
 
 
Effects Texture Effects - Moasic Antique
Use Settings Below
 
Effects - Plugin-Ulead Effects- Fantasy Warp -Template #5
Use Setting Below
 
 
Open a New Image 1280 x 400
Select your Selection Tool
Go to Custom Selection
 
Use Settings  Below
(Note that the bottom one should be the height of your image)
 
 
 
Go To Your layer palette and set it toPattern.Find your tile you made
Use  Setting Below
 
Floodfill your Selection you made with your custom setting with your Pattern
Selections Select None
 
Layers - Add New Raster Layer
Layers Arrange Send To Bottom
Floodfill  with a color that will actentuate your Pattern
 
At this point you can either leave your layer you filled as is or add a texture to your liking.
I used the Texurizer Filter-Sandstone
 
Layers - Merge All (flatten)
 
Layers -Add New raster layer
Selct your Selection Tool
Select Custom Selection
Follow Screenshot Below
 
Set left to 10 pixels less than the right
Hide your bottom layer
Top layer still active
Layers Add New Raster Layer
Flodfill with a Solid Color to coordinate with your work
Selections - Select None
Open Bottom Layer
 
Activate your Deformation Tool
Pull the Top up over the edge a bit and Bottom down a little over your Background
Click on  the Pan Tool to release the Deformation Tool
 
Effects -3D Effect - Inner Bevel
Use Settings below
 
 
Layers- Merge All (flatten)
 
 
Image - Rotate-Rotate free
Use setting Below
 
At This point you can save your background as is or you can continue on
I added a tube
Resize tube if necessary
 
 
Select - Selection tool
Custom Selection
 
Bottom one will be the height that you made the the New Image Width
before Rotating it
 
Selections Invert
Add New Raster Layer
Floodfill with your solid color
 
Effects 3D effect - Cutout
Use Following Settings
Note Fill interior color is checked
Pick the color you used for your border
 
Select raster Deformation tool and pull both sides out over the background a little
Select pan tool to release deformation Tool
 
Duplicate Layer
and move it above the border at the bottom of the pattern section
as shown below
 
Select selection tool and click on Custom selection
Use these settings
 
 
Add a New Layer
Floodfill with your border color that is on bottom of the pattern
Add a new layer
 
Go to Effects 3D Effects Chisel
with the following settings
 
Selections - Select None
Layers - Merge All (Flatten)
 
 Tube
Resize if necessary
Edit-Copy
Edit-Paste As New layer
Position tube in center of the pattern
Selections - Select None

 

Effects-3d effect Drop Shadow
Use Settings Below
 
 
Selections- Merge All (Flatten)
 
Thats It!!!
You are Done
Add your watermark and save as a JPG
